Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to the following:

• As a member of the multidisciplinary team, the registered nurse will conduct assessments and reassessments of nursing needs of the participant and develop an individualized plan of care for each participant including short-term and long-term goals.
• Responsible for assessment of the participant's personal care needs and assistance with activities of daily living; supervises the provision of these services.
• Document all skilled nursing care on the day of service and quarterly signed and dated progress notes.
• Provide supportive and restorative nursing services as defined in the plan of care.
• Monitor, administer, and record prescribed medications according to regulations.
• Observe and monitor health status of all participants.

Job Type: Full-time/Part-time/Per-diem positions available.

Be fluent in Mandarin and English, Cantonese is a plus.
